A leading Thai boutique law firm is seeking a motivated and skilled litigator to join their team as an Associate or Senior Associate, based on experience.

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of litigation and various case assignments from case inception to completion.
• Prepare, review, and draft legal documents as needed by clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Formulate legal strategies, deliver legal opinions and oversee case management
• Undertake tasks to ensure the successful delivery of legal services in line with the Firms policies
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, contributing to their professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law from an accredited institution (a Masters degree from an international university is an advantage)
• Minium experience of 6 years in law firms, with experience in drafting legal documents and court documents and handling litigation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Possess initiative, enthusiasm, a positive legal and service-oriented mindset, a credible personality, strong relationship-building skills with clients, and strong teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
• Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
• Excellent command of written and spoken Thai and English
