An international law firm, led by highly recognized legal professionals, is seeking talented and driven lawyers to join their team as Senior Associates. The ideal candidates will be ready to take on leadership responsibilities, support business expansion, and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

Job Description

• Provide strategic legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory compliance, M&A transactions, and other legal matters
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, M&A-related documents and other legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
• Lead and manage due diligence exercises and transaction execution
• Coordinate and liaise with government authorities and relevant regulatory agencies
• Develop legal strategies and deliver legal analysis to clients
• Support partners in business development tasks and internal training initiatives
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, fostering their professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law (Masters degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years experience at reputable law firms with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law and M&A
• Proven experience in M&A transactions, foreign investment advisory, and general corporate matters
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Excellent command of written and spoken Thai and English
