A leading and highly respected Thai boutique law firm is seeking a highly motivated legal professional to join their team as an Associate, specializing in Capital Markets and/or M&A.

Job Description

• Provide strategic legal advice across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory compliance matters, including capital markets regulations and market practices
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, M&A-related documents and other legal documentation
• Develop legal strategies, provide legal opinions, and analytical advices to clients
• Manage a full spectrum of public M&A, capital markets and securities transactions
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders, including financial advisors, auditors, regulators, shareholders, and directors
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, contributing to their professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution (a Master's degree from an international university is an advantage)
• Experience of 3-6 years in law firms, with a strong track record in corporate law, M&A, and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity and debt offerings, and high-yield deals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
• Possess a legal and service-oriented mindset with commercial acumen
• Excellent command of written and spoken Thai and English
